Thawing machine working principle
This type of thawed machine is a new type of thawing equipment that our company introduction of advanced foreign technology had researched and developed. With the advanced concept, mature design technology efficient utility, energy saving and other characteristics, our machines got the many meat and seafood processing clients favor.
Using the theory of steam heating, preinstalling different product’s thawing parameters, carrying out the temperature, humidity and thawing time etc. parameters by computer control automatically the whole working area was in a different low temperature and high humidity environment turn to airflow from each air exit, rising temperature uniformly and circularly., thawing the frozen product in a reasonable manner, maintaining cell tissue water and keeping the original nutrition; meantime, this thawing machine can be used as refreshment cold room to achieve the goal of food preservation when ending the thawing.
