The dryer is suitable for drying magnetic and heavy ore concentrates of metal and non-metal ore and clay in the cement industry and coal slime in the coal industry. It is characterized by high productivity and easy operation. The drum of the drum dryer is a horizontal rotary cylinder. The inside is welded with various types of copyboards with different staggered angles from front to back. The rotary kiln body is inlaid with different types of refractory bricks according to requirements, and the feeding end is prevented from falling. The material is provided with a door ring and a spiral copy board.
Main Features:
1. The dryer designed and produced by the multi-combined lifting device has made various technological innovations on the lifting device system, adopting a new multi-combination lifting device to overcome the "wind tunnel" of the traditional dryer. Phenomenon, high thermal efficiency, coal consumption is reduced by about 20%.
2. Applicable to a variety of combustion furnaces: high temperature boiling furnace, coal powder spraying furnace and manual coal adding furnace.
